International Investment Gate (IIG) is an investment management firm founded in 2016. With dual headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and London, UK, IIG manages a growing portfolio of real estate assets across multiple jurisdictions.
IIG specialises in commercial and residential real estate investments, catering primarily to high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Its Funds and Advisory services include asset identification, debt structuring, asset management, and disposition strategies.
The firm oversees a rapidly expanding portfolio, featuring over 60 income-generating real estate assets across eight countries, with a goal of delivering targeted net returns via its IIG Income Fund, which emphasizes green buildings, ESG tenants, and quarterly low-risk distributions.
With its presence in key international real estate markets, especially Saudi Arabia, IIG delivers tailored, full‑service investment solutions anchored in strong compliance, governance, and ESG principles.
The Challenge
The client required support to set up a new investment fund involving Middle Eastern investors new to the UK market and regulatory landscape. Key challenges included:
