Market 101 and International Investment Gate (IIG) are seeking investors to fund ‘Global Green 8 Fund’ (GG8) a Jersey close end investment vehicle to pursue the acquisition, stabilisation and sale of income producing UK commercial property to achieve long term cash flow and risk adjusted returns.
Typical investments consist of, but are not limited to, offices, industrial and retail assets in established locations let to strong tenants. Assets will have an A/B EPC Rating or the prospects of improving the EPC rating through strategic capex.
