Our parent company; International Investment Gate is based in Rhiyad, Saudi Arabia and manages over £500M in assets.

Our Team

Dr Mohammed Al Swaidan

Chief Executive Officer
Mohammed is an accomplished expert in the field of Islamic finance, boasting over 17 years of professional experience in both the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was a member of the founding team at Alinma Bank in Riyadh, where he contributed significantly to the Shariah Group. Subsequently, he further honed his expertise while serving on the Shariah team at Gatehouse Bank in London.

At present, Mohammed maintains membership in various banking committees in Saudi Arabia and holds the position of board member across multiple investment funds. Furthermore, he actively contributes to the advisory boards related to UK property investment for several family offices throughout the Kingdom. 

Mohammed completed his studies in Islamic finance in Saudi Arabia, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Shariah Law, followed by an MBA from the University of Portsmouth. He further pursued his academic interests, achieving a PhD in Economic and Finance from the same institution.

Maz Osman BSc (Hons) MRICS

Chief Investment Officer
Maz is a seasoned real estate professional with 18 years of global real estate experience. Having started his career in retail advisory and brokerage, he moved client side to manage real estate portfolios for investors.

Over the course of his career, Maz has brought, sold and managed assets across the commercial and residential real estate sectors. Both on a leased and operational
basis. He has worked for a range of organisations such as Quintain Plc, Canada Life Investments, Gatehouse Bank and Kuwait Finance House (formerly Ahli United Bank).

Maz completed a bachelors in Real Estate Management at Kingston University and became a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2008. He is also a member of the Investment Property Forum and the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment.
